The staff were friendly, caring, and pleasant. The receptionist was the most helpful I've ever encountered. The suite was spacious and had a good twin-tub washing machine. There was plenty of storage space in the large wardrobes. The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated with good furniture. The location was convenient with easy parking. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy.
Couldn't stay longer.

The staff were friendly and caring, especially the receptionist who made a great first impression. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. The room was clean and silent, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel had great amenities such as a swimming pool and a leisure/tv room. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the 24-hour reception. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
We highly recommend this place to all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, caring and made me feel welcome. The room was clean and silent, with good furniture and a twin-tub washing machine. The shower was effective, although the bathroom did get a bit wet. The location was easy to find with convenient parking, and it was close to the hospital.

This hotel is the perfect example of how a good hotel should be! the location is very convenient and easy to find. the staff is friendly and helpful, making check, in and check, out a breeze. the room is clean, silent, and beautifully decorated with good furniture. the bathroom is well, designed, and the service is really great. the breakfast options are amazing, with boiled eggs and omelets that will definitely leave you satisfied. the view from the room is simply breathtaking!
The beds could be improved as they tend to make some noise sometimes.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a big comfy bed that was perfect for snuggling up in on a chilly night. the location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff.

What we liked about our recent hotel stay in Riyadh was the convenient location, just a short distance away from local landmarks. The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the large windows with beautiful views of the city. the Christmas decor added a festive touch that made our stay feel special.
There were a few aspects of our hotel stay that fell short of our expectations. The gym equipment was not in working order, which was frustrating as it was an important factor in our decision to stay at this hotel.
